Lori Lee

Lori and her family began their journey into the world of foster care in 2012 when they became a licensed foster home. They have since developed a passion for supporting and encouraging fellow foster parents, biological families, and the vulnerable children at the center of it all.
Lori helped launch Foster Village Lawrence in 2022 and continues to pour her heart, time, and energy into our mission. Lori has a BS in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University, and is a registered nurse. She has years of working with the foster care system, nurturing kinship relationships, and advocating for children. Her boldness and perseverance to begin this Foster Village Lawrence continues to empower and direct the efforts of foster advocates in the Lawrence area as we grow this village of community beyond the system.
